Added a privacy notice, acceptable-use rules, security/report channels, privacy-request controls, structured data export, clearer content licensing, account responsibilities, payment limitations and change-notice provisions. Existing artist document-review duties remain.

Future material policy changes should be dated and described here with reasonable advance notice where required or appropriate. Urgent legal, security or abuse-prevention changes may take effect immediately when lawful. Artists must expressly acknowledge the current terms version when saving or rebooking. Account controls display the current version. This release does not automatically email policy-change notices; the operator must provide notices where required before a material change takes effect.

Current public policies from major platforms were reviewed as reference material. TattooRelay's policies are independently adapted; there is no affiliation, endorsement or representation that every major platform rule applies to this service.
